By doing more than just one portrait?

2009-11-03 [windowframe]: by submitting more portraits, or by having a portrait you have done actually used in the Portrait Gallery for certain amounts of time - you have an entry there now, right? If it stays up for the next two months, then your badge will be ungraded automagically.

2010-05-25 [windowframe]: The idea is more that you choose which council member you want to draw, though you're more than welcome to see if any specific member wants a drawing from you first (though I suspect a lot of our council members are a bit too modest to go 'me, me, meeeeeee!') :P
